WMClub is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the website due to technical issues beyond our control. Clients are responsible for safeguarding any original work product sent to WMClub. WMClub does not accept responsibility for the content of any work product submitted. Additionally, WMClub is not responsible or liable for infringement of copyright, defamation, or any other loss or damage resulting from a work product that has been serviced. If plagiarism or discrimination is alleged in accepted work, we reserve the right to cease providing our service for that particular piece of work without obligation to investigate third-party allegations. If a refund is warranted in such cases, the customer will receive the full amount. Inaccurate contact information or lack of response to our requests may cause delays in service, for which WMClub is not responsible. If you create an account, you must protect your Login ID and password and use effective, undiscoverable passwords. It is your responsibility to keep these credentials confidential.

Purchases/Payments

Full payment is required before any work commences. Completed work will be returned electronically. All services are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. WMClub reserves the right to charge additional fees resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user. Users will be notified of any additional charges. WMClub strives to meet clients’ exact deadlines and prides itself on prompt service. In case of delays, WMClub will make every effort to contact the customer and address the situation. WMClub is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Refunds and Client's Right to Refuse Work

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we will review your work and have it thoroughly checked by an additional academic. We will ensure that your requirements are met, but if you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, email info@wemeetclub.co.uk with an explanation. WMClub will respond and take action within 10-14 working days.
Agreed refunds will be issued in installments over a period of 3 months for orders under £1,000, 6 months for orders between £1,000 and £5,000, and 12 months for orders over £5,000.

Termination

If a customer breaches any of our terms of use, WMClub reserves the right to terminate all contractual and service obligations. A contract between a client and WMClub is formed upon receipt of payment, confirming the client’s intention to initiate the service process. To cancel services after payment, contact us, and a refund will be issued.
